"In 2026, the Rajd Beskidy Long Course will take participants into the Sudetes, a mountain range on thePolish–Czech border known for its wild beauty and demanding terrain. This course is designed for the most determined adventure racers, where endurance, resilience, and smart navigation are the keys to success. The Sudetes are a paradise for mountain biking enthusiasts, with a dense network of singletracks that will push competitors to their limits. From wide forest trails to steep technical sections, riders will encounter a variety of terrain that demands both physical strength and technical skill. Beyond biking, the course will include a mix of disciplines such as trekking through forested ridges, exploring rocky labyrinths, and navigating across historic landscapes dotted with castles and bunkers.
Participants will also face underground challenges, exploring tunnels that add an extra dimension of adventure to the race. Competitors must be prepared for long hours on the move, ever-changing weather conditions, and a series of complex navigation tasks that will test their endurance as much as their strategic thinking. During the race, teams will cross the Czech border multiple times, adding an international dimension to the adventure and offering a unique opportunity to experience the varied landscapes of both countries.
The Sudetes provide an excellent backdrop for a true expedition-style race – where physical effort meets exploration and only the toughest teams will make it to the finish line.
The race area is easily accessible by car from most European countries. Wrocław International Airport is approximately 1.5 hours away by car, while Kraków Airport is about three hours from the venue, making travel convenient for both local and international participants."
