ARWC 2009 Race Registration Information |

Registration: (4 racers + team reporter*)
Race registration (2600,00€)
+ Optional accommodation package (max. 300,00€)
(this includes registration for all 4 members and the team reporter on all the events of the ARWC programme)
The Team Reporter is not mandatory for the teams but is highly recommended and appreciated by the organization.
IMPORTANT: A lottery of five accommodation packages with a total value of 1500,00€ will be drawn among the 25 first teams to register.
Registration bonus for teams in the ARWS Estoril Portugal XPD 2007 and 2008 and for teams in the ARWC Brazil 2008
• 5% off the value of the race registration = 2470,00€
Packages
Race Registration: Includes transfers (arrival and departure), team support during the race, opening and closing ceremony, insurance, participation in the race, finishers shirt and loan of race equipment (Kayaks, Ropes, Trikkes, Surfboards, etc.)
Accommodation: Includes accommodation for 4 nights (Friday, Saturday, Friday and Saturday).
NOTE: Teams can opt to only pay the race registration package, in which case the accommodation is the team's responsibility. The teams can take advantage of protocol with the Portuguese Youth Hostels Network which allows for a 20% reduction in the price list.
Dates
Final date for registration: 15th September 2009 or up to a maximum of 60 teams.
Cancellations with a refund of 60% up to the 15th August 2009.
From the 16th August 2009 cancellations will not be refunded.
The teams winning the free entry from ARWS Series Races will receive immediate full refund when classified to ARWC Portugal 09 |
